Great starter, especially if you work in the city|Recommended: YesI enjoyed living here very much, it felt like home to me Although it is on Route 9, there was barely any noise, and the apartment rooms are very much quiet, the occasional noise here and there, but very muffled if that The process is super easy to get the apartment, the head of the office is a great woman and amazing to communicate with. She is very nice, very helpful and understanding. It is a great place to consider living, especially if you live in the city since it's near bus stations and the south amboy train station.

Straightforward, clean, efficient|Recommended: YesIt is a big commuting apartment, no one is home during the day and everyone mostly keeps to themselves. However, whenever I've ran into someone they were always nice Facilities are great every building has an easy-to-operate laundry facility parking is decent with one guaranteed spot. As a 20-something living on my own in my first apartment, I have absolutely no complaints. Very basic somewhat outdated layout, nothing fancy but just what you need. Other more savvy renters may have their opinions but I am more than content with the operation and upkeep of this complex. Main office staff is helpful and diligent. Maintenance crew is EXCELLENT. Super friendly and completes maintenance requests very quickly, also very good about snow removal. I wouldn't be moving if not for a job relocation. I will miss Crestview

Lovely place|Recommended: YesI loved living here for 3 years and a half. It is such a peaceful and quiet place. I felt very safe there. Liked the fact that the apartment had so much natural light and loved the trees in the back. It felt just like home to me and I would feel very stress free there. The location is great too. I would definitely recommand.
I think the property is beautiful around hear with the Landscaping Trees. |Recommended: YesI would say, it is a great experience. The neighbors are nice and respectable. The Maintenance and Renovations as needed are kept up to date. The maintenance staff are wonderful and very timely with fixing things around the entire property. The Leasing-Office Staff are always there to help with any questions the tenants may have. They are very courteous and friendly, also.
